CB "FINANCIAL INITIATIVE", LLC is an active operator in the securities market of Ukraine. It renders the services of securities sale and purchase, deposit services, provides its clients with advice on investing funds into the national economy.
At present, CB "FINANCIAL INITIATIVE" provides the following services in the stock market:
- Organization of issuance and depositing securities in the market;
- Securities trading;
- Performing operations with bills of exchange, including their bickering.
According to the license issued by the State Committee for Securities and Stock Market for providing professional activity in the securities market (license series АБ № 323092 of the 22nd of December, 2005), the Bank performs activity on securities issuing and circulating, and deposit activity of the securities holder. After having got the permission of the National Bank of Ukraine, the Bank has opened and has been maintaining over a hundred clients accounts in securities.

- a member of Association "The First Stock Trading System" (FSTS);
- a member of OJSC Kyiv International Stock Exchange;
- a member of the Professional Association of Record and Deposit Holders, (PARDH).
